With their Head Office located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, they are currently seeking an experienced Administration and Data Entry Officer to join their corporate office which holds over 100 staff. About the role This role will see you provide Administrative support to office staff and to key clients of the business, as well as input high volumes of data for the business. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to take initiative and ownership of this role. Provide Administrative support to office staff High volume data entry of key client information Support the delivery of exceptional client service Diary management and inbox management as required Schedule appointments for key clients Prepare and compile reports and documents Skills & experience Demonstrated Administration or Data Entry experience is required Minimum 8000 key strokes per hour Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively will ensure success Professionally presented with strong communication skills and a positive and personable attitude Good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and the ability to pick up internal databases
