Due to growth, we are seeking a full time Administration Officer to join our team at our family owned business located in Black Forest. ABOUT THE ROLE: Answering incoming calls and responding to enquiries. Greeting customers and insurance assessors in a professional manner. Liaising and making booking for vehicle repairs with clients and insurance companies Keeping track of work being done on vehicles in the workshop Provide assistance in general office duties, processing invoices and administrative tasks. WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar position Positive and welcoming customer service skills A ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work in a team environment and help out when required. Be reliable, punctual & hardworking with high levels of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Excellent attention to detail Confidence using technology/computers
