Under the guidance of our Studio Manager and working closely with our CEO of Sales Marketing, you will have the opportunity to take your concepts and ideas and turn them into reality while working alongside and utilising the best real estate marketing creatives in the business. The Details: Create and design print-ready property marketing collateral that is on-brand, functional and reflective of the TOOP TOOP brand Create and design print-ready agent marketing collateral that is on-brand, functional and reflective of the TOOP TOOP brand Create and design print-ready corporate marketing collateral that is on-brand, functional and reflective of the TOOP TOOP brand. Actively support award-winning in-house Marketing Studio Generate fresh design concepts that can be implemented across both print and digital platforms Create and design editorial features suitable for publication in external publications, such as newspapers and lifestyle magazine Attend our weekly sales meeting to learn about properties that are coming up for sale, are currently on the market or have just sold. Monitor marketing content across all platforms to ensure it remains on-brand Maintain and update Brand Guidelines document as required We are looking for someone who: Has a deep understanding of modern design principles across both traditional print and digital platforms. Is a highly skilled design practitioner with significant experience using the Adobe Suite of products, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Ideally has at least a basic understanding of design animation principles Has an ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules Can consistently show high attention to detail Has a sense of urgency and an ability to quickly build rapport and effective working relationships Has the ability to work within a team and to also work autonomously Ideally has 2 years experience working in a similar graphic design role Has some knowledge of best practices across social media platforms
