The position will be offered initially as Part-time with opportunity to increase to Full-time, with the successful incumbent remunerated at a salary rate that is commensurate with their experience and skill.

To be successful in this role you will possess:
A tertiary qualification in Interior Architecture or equivalent
A minimum of five years' experience (residential strongly preferred)
Experience in using AutoCad and Revit
Experience in using Lumion or similar rendering programs.
Experience in using Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop etc)
Strong communication skills and industry contacts.
Experience in running projects independently from initial client meeting, tender, design development, documentation, specification and through to completion
A positive "can do" attitude and extensive experience of working in an Architectural, collaborative, team environment.
The key responsibilities of this role are to:
Work alongside the Director and also autonomously through all phases of projects from initial briefings and concept design through to handover.
Preparation and development of Concept Design, Construction Documentation & Detailing, Schedules & Specifications
