About you:
To be considered, you will need:
• Formal qualifications or equivalent experience in communications or a related professional field managing stakeholder communications.
• At least 6 years’ experience in a related role, preferably in a not-for-profit organisation.
• Experience in planning, writing, editing and producing content across multiple channels.
• You possess strong writing and sub-editing abilities – communicating is your thing and you know you’re good at it!
• You’re able to transform complex information into clear and compelling messages.
• Experience writing and planning end-to-end projects and publications like Annual Reports.
• Current driver’s license.
• You can demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work.
• You have highly developed interpersonal skills, working professionally with all levels of management and external agencies.
• You have outstanding organisational, project management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to think fast and work with competing deadlines and time pressures. You’re up for a challenge and like to get on with it!
