Key Responsibilities include:
• Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
• Understanding our client’s agenda in either: Enterprise Functions such as Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement etc OR Customer Experience Management; Analytics; and Industry Specific Processes such as Telecom
• Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including client communication, on-site/virtual presentations, proposal responses, client workshops, commercial negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.
• Work in close collaboration with TechM’ presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business needs.
• Responsible for managing a bid - end to end ownership of tracking and validating deliverables that go as responses for a bid
• Work with client partners for various key accounts in building pipeline within that account
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a client facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry.
• Experience managing Client P&L of $10 Million dollars including reporting and metric assessment for the account.
• MS/ MBA Degree preferred
• Proven track record of success in selling into the Telecom industry.

• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environment
