Our client is a privately owned centre, seeking a Kindergarten Teacher with a passion for making a difference in a child's world.

Qualities essential for the position:

- Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent (Validated by ACECQA)

- VIC Teacher Registration (VIT) - Early Childhood

- Current First Aid & Anaphylaxis Certificate

An above Award competitive flexible salary package (Full Time Equivalent[FTE] Range $70,000 - $83,000) and conditions will be offered to the successful candidate (including FTE 8-10 weeks annual leave and above Award remuneration). DET Relocation incentive of $21,000 payable(Successful candidates will apply for the incentive to determine eligibility) Our client is open to discuss flexible working hour arrangements - full-time or part-time, etc).

Provision of an extensive amount of non-contact time (7 hours) to develop a high quality kindergarten program. Apart from that, our client has an extensive professional development and leadership program and provides customised training for all educators. You will be working with experienced co-educators to help implement and support the curriculum.
