Our client is currently seeking a Finance Officer (Expenses / Creditors) to join the finance team as they continue to grow rapidly. This is a full-time position based Ｏn the Gold Coast at our Hope Island office, working within a team of four and supporting the CFO. The role will be overseeing, assisting and ensuring the effective output of a small team. This is an opportunity to make an impact, work with a team that is supportive and dedicated to providing exceptional service; and at the same have some good fun along the way. Your New Role will include the following (but not limited to) Execute fortnightly company payroll of 200 staff (and growing) Oversee Company Accounts Payable Function for multiple different entities Reconcile multiple Company Credit Cards Other important tasks as designated by CFO (for example reviewing suppliers spend and negotiate better outcomes for the company) Your Experience / Skills will include the following (but not limited to) Demonstrated background / experience in a similar role Expert knowledge of XERO and all functions of payroll Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook Problem solving, with excellent communication skills and ability to achieve deadlines Success in the role Comfortable working in a small team environment Possess an excellent time management focus Can manage multiple priorities Ability to keep team members engaged and motivated Makes the effort to be part of the team A positive attitude and can balance having fun with getting the job done
