What you’ll do
Their educators play an integral role in the delivery of high quality early learning programs, services and care to all Children. You need great communication skills, understanding of children and the ability to work positively as part of a team!
Selection Criteria for Diploma Educators:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
Sound understanding of early childhood theory and curriculum planning for children 0-5 years
Effective communication skills
Ability to work positively within a team environment
A good level of physical fitness
Understanding of workplace health and safety and the National Quality framework
Ability to adhere to all policies and procedures of our client
Current paid Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain at own cost)
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain at own cost)
Identify and Respond to Children at Risk certificate (desirable)
Selection Criteria for Early Childhood Teachers:
3 of 4 year degree in Early Childhood Education, recognised by ACECQA
BOSTES/NESA registration
Outstanding skills in communication with families and the community
Demonstrated skills in team building and modeling effective early childhood practice
Demonstrated thorough working knowledge of the Early Years Learning framework
Evidence of commitment to an inclusive curriculum
A good level of physical fitness
Knowledge of EEO practices, WHS policies and Environmental Sustainability principles and procedures and the National Quality Standard
Ability to adhere to all policies and procedures of our client
Current paid Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain at own cost)
Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or willing to obtain at own cost)
Identify and Respond to Children at Risk certificate (desirable)
