We are looking for an investment advisor with passion and ambition for the investment and asset management allocation industry to join our team. We welcome any candidate who is results-oriented and willing to build his or her career from scratch. It is also an opportunity to learn the investment asset industry from the ground up. We also welcome and will give preference to candidates with sales experience in real estate or financial investment industry. Responsibilities include: • Expand business customer relations; • Gather market intelligence and policy updates; • Assist in providing marketing materials; • Actively deal with potential customer inquiries, provide professional information and make plans according to customer needs; • Fulfill quarterly and annual customer development and sales targets; • Assist customers to inspect investment projects. Requirements: • Valid real estate agent certificate or will be obtained shortly; • A valid full driver's license and vehicle or will be obtained in the short term; • Excellent customer orientation, sales communication and customer service skills and ability; • High level of information gathering, summarization and learning ability; • Excellent problem solving skills; • Fluent in Both Chinese and English, good oral and listening skills, able to communicate in English fluently; • Excellent professional quality, strong execution and pressure tolerance; • Proficient in Outlook and other office software and various document editing software; • A valid full-time Australian visa; • Good sense of time and excellent time management skills.
