Our client is a national Insurance Broker located in Sydney – Milsons Point and a leader in the provision of Construction & Home Warranty Insurance as well as providing a range of General and Retail Insurance products to their clients.

You will also need to be highly organized, with demonstrated strong attention to detail and respect for deadlines, systems and processes, and well presented, with excellent written, verbal and inter-personal skills.
Responsibilities will Include:
Providing accounting & administrative support specifically maintaining accounting records
Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable; administration of the credit control function
Performing bank reconciliations, including QBO data entry
Assisting with preparation of the monthly management report
Provide support for the half year, interim and year end audit process
To be considered for this role candidates will have:
Diploma/degree qualified in Accounting / Finance
Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts and supporting a finance team
Well-developed systems skills and experience using Microsoft Excel and MS Word
Previous experience with QBO and other accounting software preferred
Excellent time management and multi–task ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable attention to detail and a team player
