Responsibilities
Responsible for developing secure, scalable and maintainable functionalities in our client’s Commerce applications Ｏn Cloud based and Ｏn-premise application servers using recommended architecture and best practices to achieve faster time to market while ensuring platform reliability
Responsible for developing services in various Commerce sub systems member management, trading, catalog management, order management, user management and all the data models
Responsible for developing eCommerce functionalities in Agile (Scrum) environment using REST and SOAP services
Responsible for unit testing using Junit framework and also peer review of code
Responsible for writing automation test cases for the functionalities developed using Selenium based framework
Responsible for functionality as well as platform stability related development using best practices
Responsible for analysing user stories and developing as per recommended design
Responsible for providing necessary inputs in all the relevant scrum ceremonies
Responsible for creating code repository adhering to the standards recommended by the Engineering team
Responsible for coordinating with the testing team in addressing the code bugs
Education Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
At least 5-6 years total experience of which at least 3 years in OUR CLIENT Commerce (WCS) development
scripting Language: javascript, Dojo
Agile Methodologies: Scrum
Databases: DB2, PLSQL and SQL Server
Tools: Eclipse, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence
