ARCHITECT Our well established, rapidly growing home builder client who is operating in Melbourne's fastest growing suburbs and recently they have added a significant increase in their business turnover (over 50%) and this client give us an opportunity to recruit their new Architect as they're expanding their business more vastly in the near future. About the Role based in the offices in Ravenhall/Sunshine area, the newly recruit Architect will become a core member of the team and will directly reports to the Director(s). Location - Ravenhall/Sunshine Area The Architect who wanted to join the fastest growing team will: Have to play a pivotal role within the design department and be incorporated into all the aspects of design. Once a project have commenced on the construction site your job is not stop there, you need to assist our site operations team with the standard details to produce the best quality value homes. As an Architect you will guide the clients through from concept design to commencement on site.
