Mandatory Skills: • SQL Server 14 years of experience of T-SQL programming including working on stored procedures, views, functions, designing data model, creating database scripts and performance tuning, creating SQL Agent jobs • SQL Server Integration Services 10 years of experience creating ETL solutions, performance optimizing and troubleshooting and creation of batch jobs, scripts, functions for processing data using different ETL tools- like Informatica, Datastage and BODS. • MongoDB 3 years of experience working on complex aggregation queries • 3 years of experience in Guidewire application suite especially Guidewire Datahub, Claim Center and Policy Center • 9 years of experience of working in various IT projects in the Insurance industry, acquaintance with various industry standard models • 4 years of experience reporting tools like Microstrategy, Power BI, Business objects and Tableau and data analysis • Experience of analyzing financial data from different sources like Evolve, AOPCICIS, CTPCICS etc. • Experience of working with DEVOps tools like Jenkins, BitBucket etc. • Should have exposure to any of the cloud technologies like AWS, Azure • Expertise in MDM and Cucumber automation testing. Duties and Responsibilities:
Understanding the business aspects of the subject area from the SMEs, this included Claims, policy, Billing, Membership, Providers and Benefits and relate the business logic with the data model and the mapping logic behind it. ? Analysis of data from different source systems like Guidewire, Guidewire Datahub, Evolve, Anubis, AOPCICS, CTPCICS, CTP as well as third party data feeds like Solera repairer data, DnB input data etc. ? Design the application, develop the code, sort out the test scenarios, prepare the test scenario document, design Test Plans and Test Cases, generate Test scripts, run SQL scripts and validate against the expected results to ensure integration of systems and data correctness. ? Applicant should have exposure in developing power bi reports based on the requirements defined by the business considering the coding standards defined by the project validate the power BI reports and dashboards against the Source data or snapshot. ? Perform data acquisition and testing of various source systems, update design, development and testing activities in JIRA/Confluence perform deployment activities in GIT Hub. ? Proposing automation techniques and tools that can improve the current practices in development and testing.
Qualifications & Certifications: • 4 years of bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Information Technology • Certification in any ETL tool is expected • Good to have certification in relational database(SQL Server) and NoSQL database(MongoDB)
