Duties and Responsibilities:
Extensive knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center Strong in Guidewire Claim Center, Strong in Core Java, Java/J2EE Strong in Web Development Good in Build/Deployment REST, JSON, Junit, Git, SVN Leading Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter applications deliveries, need to work as Solution lead, Tech lead, Analyst & Senior developer.
Working on design, development, writing & defining user story cards, user stories elaborations and mapping the functional requirement into Guidewire system.
Prioritize the tasks, allocates the work to team and monitor work progress & storyboarding. Ensuring all coding best practices & standards are followed in project. Preparing & managing design documents (DDS) & Runsheet for releases
Providing, designing & reviewing the solutions for complex business issues and process ·
Giving demo of POC’s, Solutions and features to Product owner, various stack holders in show & tell and acceptance meetings.
Liaison with Product Owners, Technical Architects, Onshore and Offshore teams
Mentoring & providing training to teammates, doing code reviews & ensuring better application performance
Participate in demos for the completed story demos Provide the impact analysis and systems impact to the integration components for the upgrade project Prepare technical specification documents for the integration Components.
