DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Documentation and basic designs for commercial & residential construction projects, Responsible for drafting plans/drawings for our small & medium sized civil projects. Programming and Time Management - keeping and recording time sheets for jobs Prepare sketches & designs for construction of residential and commercial civil projects Prepare charts for drainage, water supply and sewerage to residential & commercial projects Sanitary design of plumbing and water supply systems including fire fighting systems. Structural design and submission of calculation booklet and provide detailed drawings of structures. Checking structural drawings. Control/Amend/Rectify drawings to meet needs of clients. Work under supervision of Civil Engineers and report directly to Project Manager/s Work with Engineers & Technicians to solve problems. Provide cost efficient solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Responding and solving the execution engineers’ problems related to drawings Using AutoCAD to be able to read Civil 3D/Civil Site Design work and be able to translate the drawings. Prepare detailed Civil design plans using AutoCAD software Collecting and analysing the data and performing calculations Able to show continuous improvement and understanding of civil engineering design Able to work independently with minimal guidance to adhere to project needs and requirements Evaluating the details of execution drawings and control of restrictions in execution and workshop equipment under the supervision of senior civil engineers. The step by step supervision of construction stage and preparation of as built drawings. Conducting survey and submission of survey report
