Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: None

Experience you will need Provide phone, email and onsite support to customers for a range of IT related issues. You will have experience maintaining and troubleshooting technologies below: Active Directory and Azure AD Exchange and Office 365 Windows Server 2003-2019 Windows Desktops 7 to 10 VMWare Networking fundamentals VOIP (namely 3CX) Understanding the concepts of: Storage and SAN Routing, VLAN/switching, firewalls (preferably Cisco) Desirable experience (in order of most desirable): Deploying any of the technologies above SCVMM AWS/Microsoft Azure/InTune SQL database maintenance/backups General knowledge of popular ERP systems Other experience we are looking for Must have at least 3 years previous IT experience Demonstrated experience in being able to support both customers and other techs when it comes to escalations, and being able to close out the escalation or support call.
