We are looking for a person who is highly motivated to join our busy, small office team. You will need to love what you do and lead in decision making. You will need to be able to work alongside other workers and guide them as situations arise. You will need to be flexible with hours. Most days will be between Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm. Basic computer skills/Phones is a requirement. Experience and sales in customer service advantage. Answering phones/Bookings Emails Purchase orders Day to day office procedures liaise with offsite trainers on a daily basis Report to the manager on a daily basis Adapt to changes Outstanding phone manner Be able to efficiently multi-task Identify and rectify day to day office issues Reliability is a must Free parking. The right persons will take great pride in the job and want to achieve greatness. You will want to give your all to this position as it can be very demanding. You will need to think and make decisions on your own and have a great eye for attention to detail. You will also be a PA to the manager from time to time.
