ABOUT THE ROLE This role isn't your typical Reception role - You are the face and voice and first point of contact for the brand. We are looking for an energetic, organised and entrepreneurial Receptionist to join our fast-paced team! KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY ARE Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors through phone calls, emails and face to face interactions Maintain the General Office environment Coordinate all office and retail store supplies and equipment Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail Organise travel accommodation for upper management Support the online and customer service team with any customer inquiries Provide general administration support to upper management and the wider office End of month reporting Support the HR team with People and Culture initiatives ABOUT YOU You have experience as a Receptionist Experience as a PA/EA is highly desirable You have experience in Retail You love to work at a fast pace and are able to multi-task You have a professional phone manner Are self motivated, proactive and goal focused Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written Are highly organised and perform well under pressure Are proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel and Word
