Short Description: Engineer the migration of legacy email platforms to cloud native systems. We are looking for a passionate and innovative Email Platforms Engineer to join our team. Location: Australia / New Zealand Years of EXP: Total Experience: 5 to 10 years Roles and Responsibilities: • Design resilient and seamless solution approaches to migrate legacy email platforms for transactional emails to cloud native products viz., MailGun • Lead email platform migration campaigns to deliver on time within budget with minimal disruptions • Provide technical leadership to the project team • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to raise risks/issues/dependencies and work towards their resolution Skill/Competency Requirements Essential – • 5+ years of related experience in the industry • Strong communication skills with an ability to operate expeditiously, concisely, and accurately • Hands-on experience in migrations to next generation cloud native email platforms viz., MailGun • Knowledge of build automation and continuous integration/delivery processes and tools: GIT, Azure DevOps, Docker • Ability to work with geographically distributed teams Preferred – • Experience working with mobile-first products Additional Skills: Excellent customer interfacing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills. Should have good troubleshooting skills to work on apps with medium/complex architecture Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
