Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Duties • Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen • Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking and delivering food to diners in a timely fashion • An understanding of purchasing and menu development in a kitchen environment. • Cook & prepare meals in a timely manner and ensure sufficient quantities are available. • monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation Requirements • A minimum of five years in a chef / experienced cook position • Appropriate qualifications and/ or relevant work experience in a similar role • Excellent cooking skills and overall technical expertise. • Worked in a fast-paced environment. • Proven experience in planning and developing menus • Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously • All up to date COVID vaccinations
