Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Some of the key accountabilities include: • Ensure orders are received, communicated and properly processed • Liaise with Estimators to identify accurate details to produce Sales orders from Quote • Compare quote to project and scope where required • Coordinate and plan production workflow and materials • Follow up materials in a timely manner • Ensure company ERP is optimised for efficient purchasing and inventory usage • Set up and correctly build Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in M1 • Liaise with teams and suppliers to ensure the flow of materials is meeting project schedule • Manage job schedules and maintain work orders • Work with Operations to ensure production outputs are satisfactory • Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiency gain opportunities • Maintain and report on variation management and ensure the Client interface is kept up to date on progress to present to the Client • Communicate with workshop supervisors to determine progress of works and any issues • Ensure all and any job and project documentation and information is collected and stored as per the companies QSE requirements
