Job Descriptions： e: • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitor assigned engineering projects. • Assessing travel flow patterns around the construction site and developing appropriate traffic management plans. • Interpreting technical information such as geotechnical and structural reports and adapting construction methodologies based on these. • Reviewing engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions, ensuring deformations are within the acceptable limits. • Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. • Planning project materials, drafting construction plans with appropriate methods and procedures to ensure quality compliance. Minimum Requirements • A 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification • Experience working on and completing Australian commercial and government projects valued at a minimum of $250k. • At least 2 years’ experience in building and construction. • Experience winning tenders valued at $1M and above. • Strong communication/negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders • Management and leaderships skills • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage projects in order to meet deadlines
