Melbourne Home Appliances Company is hiring a full-time Corporate Accountant Job Responsibilities: - Review various invoices and financial documents to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations; - Issue invoices to clients in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; - Enter and verify purchase orders to ensure data accuracy and completeness; - Organize and file relevant financial documents and records to ensure standardized and orderly document management; - Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to assist in resolving accounting-related issues; - Provide basic financial data organization and simple analysis support as needed; - Assist with other finance-related tasks. Qualifications: - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; - 2–3 years of relevant finance or accounting work experience preferred; - Meticulous, conscientious, and highly responsible, with strong time management and execution skills; - Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with the MYOB financial system is a plus; - Strong teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills;
