Job Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the restaurant, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement operational plans to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management
• Supervise the implementation of food quality, service standards and health and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant stock, procurement and cost control
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, maintaining positive customer relations
Requirements
• A degree in Hotel Management, Catering Management, Business Management or a related field is preferred
• Experience in restaurant management, hotel catering management or a related field
• Familiarity with catering operations, cost control and staff management
• Excellent communication, coordination and team leadership skills
• Strong customer service awareness and problem-solving abilities
