Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations and on-site management of the warehouse;
- Organise and supervise the processes of goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing and dispatch;
- Manage stock levels and ensure stock accuracy, conducting regular stock-takes;
- Coordinate staff work arrangements, shift schedules and performance management;
- Optimise warehouse processes to improve efficiency in goods receipt and dispatch, as well as space utilisation;
- Monitor order processing, delivery arrangements and transport progress;
- Maintain communication with the procurement, sales, logistics and customer service teams;
Job Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain management;
- Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager or in team management is preferred;
- Familiarity with stock management, order processing and warehouse operations;
- Strong people management, communication and coordination skills;
- Diligent and responsible, with strong problem-solving and execution skills;
