Australian Wagyu Supply Company Job Opening | Manager Assistant Job Responsibilities: - Handle daily office administrative tasks, including document organization, data entry, and filing. - Use the ERP system to process customer orders, invoices, and inventory reports. - Maintain communication with suppliers and customers to assist with order processing and business coordination. - Provide daily administrative and operational support to management and the team. - Assist with marketing and related promotional activities. - Complete other daily tasks as assigned; specific responsibilities will be discussed further during the interview. Qualifications: - Relevant work experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. - Proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is preferred. - Must hold a valid Australian full-time work visa. - Must hold a valid driver’s license. - Must possess strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
