WHAT IS THE ROLE?
As a result of organic growth, expansion, and increased tower crane activity across VIC, we are actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our VIC team. We have positioned ourselves to rapidly increase our Loading Platform assets to meet the high demand of confirmed projects we have been awarded across the state, and in turn, require expansion within our successful sales team.
This role will see you approaching the buoyant Melbourne market with a solutions-based sales approach, focusing, and targeting the Construction, Utilities, Engineering, and Industrial sectors in order to meet your product category specific targets. The role will return a highly competitive salary package and an incentive & bonus scheme which will be uncapped, opening great earning potential.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST POSESS…
Existing relationships within vertical construction.
Previous experience working within the construction industry, construction equipment, cantilevered crane loading platforms, hoists, or scaffolding will be desired.
2 – 3 years project management experience or similar
Ability to maintain and manage customer relationships including but not limited to Tier 1 and 2 major construction companies
Excellent time management with sound administrative skills.
