Ideal candidate profile
• Relevant tertiary qualification in field of Electronics, Mechanics or Plant Technology, or a minimum of 5 years work experience in field,
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in site management or project management including direct or indirect supervision of teams and work outputs (international experience desirable),
• Expert knowledge in functions, procedures, and processes of WITRON logistic systems (or similar automatic systems such as Dematic, Vanderlande etc)
• Extensive experience in automation conveyor systems • Ability to communicate fluently in English and German
• Commitment to safety and quality assurance
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
• An ability to educate others and hold accountable for delivering of work to the required standard
• Must be willing and able to work weekends and public holidays as required • Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally (and abide by COVID vaccination requirements for travel)
• Physical Requirements including:
• Frequent walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing
• Working at heights of up to 30 metres (wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE)
• Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25kgs unassisted
• A current Construction Induction (white card) (Desirable)
