we are recruiting for a Construction Manager to assist in the tendering and delivery of major rail projects based in Sydney. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
Key responsibilities
Lead a large multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of the overall project scope within the time, cost, quality and safety requirements. Drive high performance through collaboration, positive leadership, identification of risks, and interface with clients and authorities, and support the wider team to ensure client and community expectations are managed.
About you
You will have extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders. A degree in engineering or construction management. Extensive construction experience including construction planning and management, leading teams, budgeting and planning, procurement, risk management, client management, dispute/issue resolution. Roads experience preferred.
