About the Role: Salesforce Developers are experienced technical subject matter experts within specific domains of Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications, technologies and tools, will be responsible for all the delivering of Marketing Cloud implementations, you will provide technical aspects of digital marketing, social media, data analysis, customer journeys and marketing automation to our customers. You will be customer facing and expected to be a high performing and autonomous billed resource.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical consultation on various aspects of solutions Execute advanced configuration/development activities per assigned work orders Serve as a technical liaison to Salesforce Marketing Cloud product teams to support custom and/or atypical initiatives Conduct solutions testing and validation Support documentation process by providing applicable artifacts (code samples, screenshots, etc.) Lead clients through a digital transformation journey by running strategic workshops, future journey design, quarterly business reviews and management consulting. Drive solutions development through requirements gathering/analysis/discovery, business plan creation, and effort estimation Responsible for final quality, result and CSAT of delivery teams of architected solution Act as the on-shore Solution POC that will consult face to face with on-shore clients and communicate requirements and solution architecture to off-shore teams for implementation Assist the sales team in preparation and delivery of client presentations, proposals, and SOWs that clearly articulate the solution relative to client needs
