Responsibilities:
Lead the development team and development process with leading edge technology solutions
Design and expand the current software architecture
Define best practice rules/standards for development and implementation
Consider application cyber security and implement security best practices
Hands on development and helping the team to develop high quality solutions
Onboard the team members, with the can-do attitude by mentoring them and let them to grow and enjoy working as a team
About you: You are passionate about software development and have a strong background in developing features in distributed systems at scale. You have an analytical mind that critically evaluates problems and solutions to assist in delivering product goals in an agile environment. You enjoy working with a team and seek to foster a culture of inclusion, constructive feedback and communication.

Selection Criteria:
Minimum 2 years’ experience required
Advanced or significant experience working as software developer and enterprise solution architect
Advanced skills in AWS and Microservices architecture (serverless and nodeJs), patterns and anti-patterns best practices
Experience in application authentication and authorisation patterns and flows
Experience in leading a team and breaking down architecture solutions into tasks
Experience in FinTech and transactional banking systems is highly regarded
Experience in working with applications with high traffic and big data volume is highly desirable
Experience with ISO 27K compliance and SDLC is highly desirable
Advanced skills in API and event based development.
