Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: Accept all the time

Duties will include: *Cultivating and maintaining crop production through maintaining optimal growing conditions, fertilizing and controlling pests and weeds; *Preparing for seasonal harvests taking into account enviromental and market factors; *Planting cereal/oilseed/legume seeds in correlation with the planning of crops for upcoming seasonal produce; *Maintaining farming equipment to a high standard in line with occupational health and safety requirements; and *Operating farm machinery such as harvesters, trucks, tractors, grain silos, etc. It is essential to the role and business that the candidate possesses the following: *Initiative and ability to work autonomously *A successful completion of an appropriate Trade Qualification in the agricultural sector *Ability and willingness to work as part of a growing team
