Due to expanded workload, we need someone special who has the following experience, abilities and attributes -
You have at least 1 year of post-graduate experience in residential architectural drafting in Australia.
You are fully competent with CAD software, preferably including ArchiCAD.
You are fully current with the Australian Building Code and relevant Standards.
You will be comfortable preparing drawings for different stages - Feasibilities, Town planning and Construction Issue.
You can manage your time effectively to cover your assigned projects.
You can communicate confidently, professionally and effectively with clients, the construction team and other team mates.
You know how to manage yourself to bring your own energy and positivity to work each day.
You like collaborating, working and learning as a part of a team.
You hold yourself to high standards of work quality, accuracy and completeness.
You are happy working in a modern, new, open plan office.
