We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our payments experience team. We own the next generation of online payments that will help our customers get paid faster and easier!
As a Senior Software Engineer, you are responsible for being a part of and driving the development of product features through all phases of the development lifecycle. You’ll work closely with researchers, designers and other software engineers to design and develop the future of our user experience. Above all you’ll love working in a creative, supportive team environment whilst having access to the latest tools and technologies.
We’d be excited if you have the below experience:
Expertise in the core web technology stack such as HTML, javascript, CSS, Bootstrap, etc. Proven experience with javascript frameworks like Angular, React or Vue to develop new user-facing features Experience building, running and deploying to a cloud platform i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP etc. Advocate of good software design and quality best practices Strong agile mindset with the willingness to question the why and continuously improve Proficiency with microservices architecture, testing methodologies, and a zeal for automation at all levels Sharpening and promoting delivery excellence to ensure customer value is continuously delivered Previous professional experience building components libraries Love building beautiful UI and awesome features with a high bar for quality of code and quality of user experience Previous experience at designing and building frontend at scale Enjoy and understand why collaboration with product and design is so important to make sure the interface is built for the future Although we’d be excited if you have the above experience, it’s definitely not a show-stopper.
