Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities Managing multiple sites – Overall site performance, Subcontractors & suppliers. Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to estimate total costs, and preparing detailed cost plans. Value engineering and collaboration with architect and structural engineers to provide build cost savings. Schedule projects; manage documentation, co-ordinate sub-contractors and suppliers. Co-ordinate with architect, engineers, building surveyors and service authorities. Report weekly or as required to the senior management /Director. Interpreting engineering documents and drawings for Feld personnel.
