This role is a great opportunity to be involved in project delivery for a rapidly growing global organisation with specialised career pathways. The role will report to our Principal Consultant – Teamwork and be part of a distributed team. You will need to be up to date with the latest features of M365 and be passionate about collaborating with our team and working on client projects. Engagements may range from short-term project work to multiyear cross functional delivery engagements embedded in client teams.
The role will be responsible for: • Working with business stakeholders to create solutions on the M365 stack. • Gathering and documenting business requirements. • Ability to build small to medium solutions on the M365 Stack. • Providing guidance around the creation of Teamwork solutions. • On prem to Cloud Migrations (Share Drives, Google, SharePoint On-Prem) • Acting as Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft 365 • Helping clients identifying potential opportunities and solutions.
The below experience and traits are required: • A Passion about technology, with at least 3 years in general IT support • In-depth Microsoft 365 knowledge • Advanced SharePoint skills (On prem and cloud) • Advanced skills in: SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Purview, Defender. • Familiarity with Power Platform, Power Automate, Apps, BI. • Solid data management skills (input, interpretation, and manipulation) • Project Management lifecycle management • Strong business acumen and consultancy experience • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written • A ‘customer first’ attitude and personable • Curious nature and a growth mindset
As a bonus you may have: • Some experience with InfoPath and SharePoint Designer. • Some experience with Nintex workflow. • Records management experience would be advantageous. • Familiarity with 365 and Cloud Infrastructure – e.g., SharePoint, Azure Active Directory • Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft Certifications)
