Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in Business Analysis and administration of Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and SQL. Sound analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving. Resourceful and self-driven. Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, Visio and, Power Platform and Dynamics365) and other software applications. Experience in data-driven analysis and development of reports and processes to support measurement and monitoring of performance KPIs. Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, IIS, and BI tools.
Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualification, Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform Application. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in systems implementation planning and reporting. Experience producing training materials and process documentation. Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle and other project delivery models.
