You are required to be AHPRA Registered Nurses compassionate, caring and supportive nature empathetic and compassionate towards the aged natural leaders with strong communication skills (verbal and written) ideally experienced in Residential Aged Care as well as clinical documentation practice (including care planning and evaluation documentation) organized and excellent with time management committed to ongoing clinical excellence and providing the highest standard of care and support relationships centered and display this through their approach to care and supervision able to commit to a variety of shifts to best support our much cared for residents fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster) and committed to obtaining their annual flu vaccination when required willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Screen (Yellow Card)
