Experience:
5+ Years Experience in supporting clients of 100 to 1000 seats. EM+S – Microsoft Intune (Mobile Application Management, device enrolment (iOS, Android, and Windows 10), Application management, Device management, Azure Information Protection (AIP), Cloud App Security, and Windows Autopilot. Windows 10 – Implement and Support Windows 10 and endpoint management including, Config Manager or SCCM, Group Policy, Windows update for business, BitLocker, Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection (WDATP), Windows Defender AV, and Windows Hello Office 365 – Experience with troubleshooting and supporting Office 365 Windows AD – Windows server Active Directory, AD FS, and Azure AD. Scripting – PowerShell scripting.
