The company is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Educator for their Shepparton Centre. Looking for an individual who is passionate about creating a positive learning environment for the children. Please note, we have availabilities to join the team in a casual or part-time capacity. Duties and Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for: Creating innovative educational programs that are reflective of the Early Years framework Organising stimulating social, learning and physical activities for all the children Documenting the delivery of educational programs, the children's interests and observations of their learning and development needs Assisting children with their daily routines and supporting them in their learning Building and maintaining harmonious relationships with the children and their parents Creating a positive, friendly, safe and interactive learning environment for each child Ensuring that the equipment and Centre is kept clean and tidy at all times About You The successful applicant must be able to meet the following criteria: Have an ACECQA approved Diploma or Certificate III in Children’s Services Experience in a similar role A current First Aid Certificate (including CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training) Current Working with Children's Check Knowledge of the Early Year's Learning framework and National Quality Standards A genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being Passionate about creating positive relationships with team members, children and their families The Benefits Opportunities to advance your career Friendly and supportive team environment Childcare discount (encourages their employees to bring their children to the Centre) Further, develop your knowledge and skills with internal educational resources
