Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess: Design and preparation of construction layouts, detailed workshop assembly drawings and technical documentation. Preliminary mechanical engineering computations/calculations, checking of calculations performed by others. Maintenance of the engineering schedule. Ensuring that the Engineering design package QA process is followed and documented against each job. Providing PBS assessors and certifiers with information and data required to complete their work on time. Provide technical support and guidance for the other team members as required. Design analysis using company FEA package. Skills and Abilities: At least Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Knowledge and hands-on Experience on AutoCAD, Inventor and ANSYS Good understanding of Australian design rules related to TD vehicles Thorough understanding of PBS design assessment and vehicle certification processes Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
