Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsible: • Organize special promotions, and displays • Maintain awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing. • Update staffs on business performance, new initiatives, and other pertinent issues • Overseeing safety training and certifications of staff. • Create a list of product list to be offered to customers • Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency • Supervise stock levels and make key decisions about stock control • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met • Use information technology to record sales figures, analyze data and forward plan • Initiate changes to improve the business, such as revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market. • Respond to customer complaints and comments Requirement: - Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in a retail environment - Highly Professional in providing customer service - Must have at least a Diploma or Higher level of degree in Business Management/Retail Management.
