Job Description: • Team management – ensuring campaign KPI’s are met and delivered • Launching, promoting and Monitoring campaigns to ensure client expectations are met. • Undertaking internal audits as per compliance • Finding training gaps and training agents for better performance • Preparing and analyzing reports for implementing strategies. • Rostering agents to for resource management. • Managing and resolving both internal and external escalation issues • Managing and measuring calls and selling service standards to customers • Managing blogs and social media communication • Drafting and updating customer tutorials Requirements: • You have 1-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing role • Degree in Marketing, Business or other related field • Ability to work in a high pressure environment • Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns. • You will have a growth mindset and enjoy a challenge. • Have great attention to detail, ability to prioritise across multiple projects all while applying your creative skills. • Ability to achieve target and KPIs
