Educational requirements: Bachelor

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Details : • Ensure cost effective and efficient equipment design and implement test plan on various equipment to identify possible defects and causes • Liaise with R&D engineer from head office on troubleshoot problems and assisting in finding solutions • Fix equipment flaws and offer improvements, modify and instal equipment components • Install equipment assemblies at customer site and work closely with the customer, end user and other relevant parties to ensure equipment outcomes meet and exceed expectations • Report and document areas of technical risk and level of design review associated with equipment • Test to confirm functionality and compliance with project specifications and customer needs • Conduct failure analysis, document results and recommend corrective actions • Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of equipment and perform routine maintenance • Identify equipment issues and fix equipment • Prepare costs and materials estimates and customer quotation for repair job • Determine potential fault root causes, offer fixes, and inform the R&D engineer • Provide a high level of technical support and training to customer service team and associated technical support team. • Support cross team with technical information and attend customer locations and meetings as necessary • Discuss potential sales or market prospects with the sales team. Requirements: • Minimum 3-year experience in a similar role • Must speak fluent English and mandarin to be able to communicate with customer and head office engineer • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related discipline • Exposure to the tinting and filling machine industry via work experience or Degree studies would be advantageous • Passionate about technology and the impact that it can make implemented properly • Curious, and wants to continue to learn and grow in their career • Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure • Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills • Quality-focused, with exceptional time management and attention to detail • Ability to engage and work with others • Ability to quickly develop and interpret technical data • Open-minded thinking & outcome driven • Positive can-do attitude
