Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Responsibilities: Hands-on management delivering excellent customer service through effective communication, shown leadership with innovative sales techniques and good product knowledge. Providing support and knowledge in our on-premise service, in addition to selling to our off premise clients. Training and facilitating our staff to our desired level. Assist in the development of an efficient roster. Work with senior management to establish budgeted goals. Maintaining the presentation of the Winestore & Bistro. Assist with the day to day operations of the wine program. Building relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication in person, online and over the phone. Experience working with a POS system (i.e. Bepoz) is highly desirable. Requirements: At least 3 years proven experience in a similar role. Any relevant qualifications or training certificates. A valid Approved Managers card. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients, patrons and staff. Excellent customer service skills with a charismatic ability to influence and negotiate successfully. Professional personal presentation. Strong knowledge of POS systems, specifically BePoz. Strong working knowledge of wine, specifically French Italian and Australian brands and varieties. Liaise effectively with food & beverage departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Work effectively with fellow managers with the ability to give and receive direction.
