Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: Patching and plastering walls Installing bollards and sheds Repairing door frames, hinges, and replacing doorknobs Utilising hand and power tools for various maintenance tasks Providing quotes for small works Conducting basic carpentry, plastering, and minor painting repairs Repairing window furnishings Maintaining tools and small plant items to mechanical and presentation standards Recording and reporting job and time sheets promptly Keeping maintenance records for all equipment Requirements: Previous Maintenance Handyperson experience is a must (ideally 3 years experience) Previous Carpentry experience is advantageous Current Victorian (or Australian Equivalent) Drivers License Must be confident with hand & power tools Good communication skills (reading and writing)
