Job Title: Landscape Architect
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop landscape design concepts, conceptual designs and detailed designs in accordance with project requirements;
- Prepare landscape design drawings, design specifications, material recommendations and related technical documentation;
- Maintain communication with architects, clients, the consultancy team and relevant construction personnel to ensure the smooth progression of design schemes;
- Participate in site visits, design presentations and scheme revisions;
- Assist in preparing documentation required for Development Applications (DA), planning approvals and project presentations;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline, such as Landscape Architecture or a related field;
- Relevant work experience in landscape design is preferred;
- Familiarity with landscape design processes, coupled with strong design skills and aesthetic judgement;
- Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or other relevant programmes;
