About the role： Understanding their respective business, recruiting employees and further developing relationships with current clients Establishing relationships with new clients and identifying new business with clients Using our database to record information for job seeker and employer Screening candidates from the talent pool and giving career planning advice Conducting interviews and background checks Having a strong understanding of the regulations about Australian workplace, health and safety and Australian Labor Law Managing labor About you To be successful in the role you will be able to: Demonstrate you are self-motivated and able to work energetically Have strong time management skill to be able to guarantee the quality of the work Ｏn time Be patient and provide high quality service to clients Demonstrate your ability to build relationships and grow a network of clients Complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Be proficient in MS office software Have good communication skills Have team spirit and experience in providing feedback Strive to meet performance targets You will also be required to: Hold a current driver’s license Equip a competent English ability (at least the score of 6 in IELTS Test in each band or equivalent) Have a valid visa with full-time work permit Graduate from HR or Business-related degree (preferred) Have relevant working experience (preferred)
