Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: Accept all the time

Tasks and responsibilities: Be passionate about the hospitality industry - particularly in food industry and have exceptional customer service Managing and leading the front of house team during service to deliver exceptional service across all facets of the restaurant Work on the floor - serving customers as required and ensure customer satisfaction Coordination of group bookings and events Work with head chef in changing daily and seasonal/special menu offerings, cake, pastry and pies Work well with a team to achieve sale targets Manage and motivate the team Recruit, train new employee, organise staff roster and provide ongoing training for current/new employees Stock purchasing and control Knowledgeable in handling company's financials, i.e, invoicing, end-of-the-day sales, weekly/monthly sales etc. Ensuring safety, sanitation and security procedures Develop and implement restaurant policies Skills and Experience: Degree in accounting and bookkeeping or other Management qualification RSA Certificate Barista Certificate Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
